All in-stock orders will be processed within 48 hours and will ship via Australia Post. Please allow up to 7 business days for your goods to arrive. If you would like to expedite shipping, please contact me before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Currently international shipping is only available for residents of the USA. All in-stock orders will be processed within 48 hours and will ship via Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 business days for your goods to arrive. If you are located outside of the USA and are interested in placing an order, please email me directly and I will be happy to calculate international shipping. Rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and where the items are shipping to.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. Please contact me within 30 days of receiving the order. After 30 days, I cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs related to returning the items. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours with images and a brief description. If you are happy with a replacement this will be sent free of charge; otherwise, a refund will be provided.
